To request deletion of your Banta account and associated data, email:

Email Requirements
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your request is processed, we will delete your Banta account data, including:
- Profile information
- Mate connections
- Mate requests
- Call records
- Push tokens
- Blocked user records
- Profile photo data where applicable
Some limited records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
Alternative Request Method
You may also request account deletion from inside the Banta app by going to Profile and contacting support.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all Banta features and data associated with your account.
